Patient Privacy: All patient medical records and personal information are kept strictly confidential in accordance with local data protection laws.
Use of Photos & Videos: Before-and-after photos may only be used for marketing/educational purposes with the patient’s written consent.
Confidential Consultations: All consultations are private and will not be recorded or shared without the patient’s permission.
Consent for Treatment: No surgical or non-surgical procedure will be performed without a signed informed consent form.
Realistic Expectations: The clinic does not guarantee exact results, as outcomes vary depending on individual healing, anatomy, and lifestyle factors.
Pricing Transparency: Treatment/surgery costs will be discussed prior to booking. Prices may vary depending on complexity, materials, or additional services.
Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm surgery dates.
Refund Policy: Once services are rendered (consultation, surgery, or procedure), no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within a specified period (e.g., 48 hours before surgery) may result in forfeiture of part or all of the advance payment.
Rescheduling: Surgery or procedure dates may be rescheduled subject to surgeon’s availability and clinic policy.
Redo Surgery: Secondary/redo procedures, if required, will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply unless otherwise stated in writing.
Post-Operative Care: Patients must follow all post-operative instructions. The clinic is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance.
Medical Disclosure: Patients must disclose full medical history, medications, and allergies. Failure to disclose may affect results and safety.
Health Fitness for Surgery: If medical clearance is required (e.g., blood tests, ECG), surgery may be postponed until clearance is obtained.
Right to Refuse Treatment: The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if the patient is deemed medically unfit or psychologically unsuitable.
Anesthesia Risk: All anesthesia carries risks which will be explained prior to surgery. Patients must sign anesthesia consent separately.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card, as accepted by the clinic.
Insurance Disclaimer: Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by insurance. Patients are responsible for all costs.
Marketing Communications: Patients may opt-in or opt-out of receiving promotional emails, messages, or offers.
Minors: No surgical procedures will be performed on individuals under 18 years without legal guardian consent.
Visitor Policy: Only one attendant may accompany a patient on the day of surgery/procedure, unless otherwise permitted by the clinic.
Emergency Care: In case of a medical emergency, the clinic will arrange transfer to a higher-level facility if required.
Follow-Up Appointments: Post-procedure follow-up visits are mandatory and included in the treatment plan unless otherwise specified.
